Carleton All Stars began offering all star cheerleading to our community in 2009, with a goal to make a difference in the lives of the children in our community. Not only do we train to have our teams be the most competitive they can be at any level, but we also strive to teach important life skills while encouraging a love for our sport. We can guarantee your experience at CA will be second to none! We strive to offer an inclusive, fun and positive environment for all ages & abilities - at Carleton, you’re family!

TOTS (2-3 yrs): Tot classes incorporate stations that help to develop fine and gross motor skills.
TINY (3-5 yrs): A pre-competitive team. Designed to teach listening skills and help develop social and coordination skills.

PREP (5-18 yrs): Prep offers an opportunity to try cheerleading without the commitment of a full year team. They will learn the fundamentals of tumbling, dance, jumps and basic stunting. Perfect for beginners!

SPECIAL ABILITIES (4+ yrs): A performance team for all ages and abilities, providing an opportunity to learn stunt, jump, tumble and dance in a safe and fun environment. This team will learn a routine that showcases their individual skill sets and supports their team strengths in a small-ratio learning environment.

ALL STAR ELITE (5+ yrs): Our goal is to educate, train and inspire athletes to be the best they can - building strong, responsible and confident people. Athletes have the opportunity to learn, grow and perfect their skills all while creating a memorable experience together. We will place athletes based on position (top/base ratio), age, skills and maturity. Teams are open to everyone, no experience necessary.

TRAVEL: Our travel program is designed to push an elite group of interested athletes to their max potential, with rewarding team travel trips to those that wish to travel outside of the Maritimes. We have traveled Spirit Sports Battle at the Beach in Myrtle Beach, SC, to UCA Championships in Orlando, FL, to Canadian Nationals in Niagara Falls, and to Spirit Sports Duel in the Desert, Palm Springs, California winning National & International titles. Travel teams will have additional fees, practices, and tryouts.

PRIVATE LESSONS: A great way to put in a little extra time learning and perfecting individual skills, giving athletes an opportunity to work with one-on-one with staff.

TUMBLING CLASSES (5+ yrs): Classes offered in a small group setting and are structured to include conditioning, drills, skill learning and perfecting technique. Safety is key. Athletes will learn how to effectively set, plan and achieve their goals.
