Programs and activities at the centre change often based on community needs.

Free year-round program for ages 6–12, promoting education, self-worth, diversity, emotional intelligence, and healthy lifestyles.

Free year-round program for ages 13–18, promoting education, self-worth, diversity, emotional intelligence, and healthy lifestyles

All-Star Cheer

Competitive cheerleading for all ages, genders, and abilities. Develops strength, cardiovascular health, and coordination.

Pickleball

Recreational pickleball for beginner and open skill levels. In partnership with Port City Pickleball, we also offer a competitive league throughout the week.

Programs include senior men's weekly drop-in, youth basketball programs and camps, and wheelchair basketball.

Adult Volleyball

Programs include an indoor women's league, competitive tournaments, and outdoor co-ed beach volleyball.

Badminton Doubles Match

Adult Badminton

Weekly co-ed drop-in badminton for all skill levels.

Yoga Class Session

Yoga

Gentle therapeutic yoga classes with credentialed instructor Russ Green. Chair yoga is also offered once per week.

Group Fitness Class

Zoomers - Fit After 50

In partnership with UNB Cellab, an exercise program designed to reduce the risk of falling by increasing balance and physical strength. Ages 50+.

Gentle therapeutic yoga suitable for all mobility levels, offered once per week.

Tying Running Shoes

Walking Club

Indoor walking twice a week over lunch hour. Ideal for seniors, stay-at-home parents, and office breaks.

Art Studio Easels

Art Class

Art therapy for self-reflection for mature adults, offered by Kim Cookson. Features a variety of crafts, projects, and socialization weekly.

Community Support

Groceries

Food Security

Supports for individuals experiencing food insecurity including a 24/7 accessible food box, hot meals for youth, and a community food pantry during operating hours.

CCC Bike Share

In partnership with CVRC, we receive, repair, and redistribute donated bicycles to west side residents.

Income Tax Returns

Through CVITP we help low-income residents, seniors, and individuals with disabilities file their taxes free during tax season.
